We have observed several issues in the critical pushes that have led to escalations and a negative user experience.
**Identified/Reported Issues:**
1. Miscommunication during chats and calls
2. Incorrect segment logic and bases used
3. Ad hoc changes in campaigns without informing or involving the Operations team
4. Issues with content
To prevent these problems, we are sharing the Critical Push Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
**Please provide the following details when requesting traffic approval:**
1. Base size, frequency, inclusions, exclusions, and timings
2. Detailed content
3. Segment logic
4. Please clarify if it is vernacular content, geolocation and user properties
5. Documented email approvals from Suneet
6. No changes to scheduled campaigns by categories or business; please inform Operations through the ticket.
