1. What is the TAT (Turnaround Time) for the weekend?


The Turnaround Time (TAT) for weekend campaign requests is Thursday at 3:00 PM for all the campaigns to be executed from Friday to Monday, after which no requests will be considered unless approved by Girish. This allows ample time for the campaign to be executed and completed by Monday. Exceptions to this rule must be approved by Girish.


2.  What is the TAT (Turnaround Time)?


The Turnaround Time (TAT) for weekday campaign requests is 3:00 PM every day for all the campaigns to be executed the next day. This allows ample time to ensure a smoother execution without errors. Any requests submitted after this time will not be entertained. It is important to note that exceptions will only be considered with valid approvals from Girish


3. Is the TAT different for WhatsApp, SMS, Push, Chat, and Email Campaigns?


TAT is the same for all Off-Deck Channels. No different TAT for WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Chat or Push Campaigns.


4. Do colored push notifications work on IOS or Android?


Colored Push/Rich text HTML pushes are only for Android devices. Please check Android under the "WHO" section while creating campaigns on Clever Tap


5. Should the Global campaign limit be ticked or unticked while creating an Override campaign?

6. While creating a Nodedupe campaign, should the Global campaign limit be ticked or unticked?


Unticked for Nodedupe Campaigns


7.  Can we run Nodedupe as recurring?


Yes, you can. Max 1 Month Recurring Nodedupe campaigns are allowed to run with valid approvals from the Central Traffic Team 


8. What is a Control Group and its Importance?

A control group is a set of users marked to be excluded from all marketing campaigns. You can measure the effectiveness of your initiatives by comparing this group with the target group of users who received your campaigns.


You can create 4 different types of Control Groups:-


System Control Group

  • System Control Group is created on your entire user base
  • You can create one System Control per account
  • You can create a system control group of size between 2% to 5%

Custom Control Group

  • Custom Control Group is created on your entire user base
  • You can create up to 10 Custom Control Groups per account
  • You can create a custom control group of size between 2% to 5%
  • Custom Control Groups are generally created for short-duration strategies. For example, determining engagement impact for Christmas campaigns

Campaign Control Group

  • Campaign Control Group is created on the user base that qualifies for the campaign.
  • You can create a campaign control group at the time of campaign creation.
  • You can create a campaign control group of size between 2% to 99%

Journey Control Group

  • Journey Control Group is created on the user base that qualifies for the journey.
  • You can create a journey control group at the time of journey creation.
  • You can create a journey control group of size between 2% to 99%


Control Group Qualification

  • When a Control Group is created, it is created from all the users who are a part of the application at the given time.
  • For example, if a 5% Control Group is created, then every 1 in 20 users will be a part of the Control Group.
  • This selection of users who are a part of the Control Group is completely random. We do not introduce any bias for qualification
  • For all new users coming to the application after creating the control group, qualification to the Control Group will be based on the size of the control group.
  • For example, if a 5% Control Group is created, every 1 in 20 new users will be a part of the Control Group



9. Why Conversion Goal is Important and How to Set it up?

You can track your campaign conversion by setting up a goal. This is mandatory. You can define your conversion goal further by selecting the Event and Conversion time. Setting a goal allows you to measure your campaign effectively against what you want to achieve in the campaign.


The campaign goal can be as generic or as specific as you want. It can answer questions from How many users were influenced to purchase an X amount? How many first-time visitors purchased red shoes worth a minimum of X amount and blue jackets worth a minimum of Y amount? ".




10. Is there any mandatory property for SMS campaigns?

Yes, the Mandatory property for the SMS campaign is SMS_Reachability ≠ 0




11. Global Capping - Global capping is mandatory for all types of regular push campaigns
