How To Raise Ticket on Freshdesk for On-Deck Campaigns?

Select On-Deck from the Drop-down menu



Select the Option :What brings you here:




Select the Option :-ON-Deck





Select the Entity AS OCL 




Select the Task Type :



Select the Category Name :





Requester: Your email ID like xyz@paytm.com




Need to add the Subject : SAMPLE - Task Type|16 May 2024| Override Campaign| PFCC | HDFC & SBI Activation| PFM (Just for reference purpose only) 



Add a description :Sample (Just for reference purposes only



Once all details are filled in, please hit the Submit Button.




After Submitting a Ticket you will be notified in your email and you can also check your tickets by clicking on Tickets Tab.
